MyHealthCRM was initially designed to assist the General Practitioner (Family Physician) to make good referrals for their patients. The CRM was customized to provide accurate data on Allied Health Providers within the Physicians patients neighbourhoods. Each entry contains information for the Physician to make a logical quick and accurate referral to assist their patient resolve a health issue.

How does it work ?
Accessing the CRM is easy and simple.
Sign Up
Please select a package from the signup page. We have professional and Public access packages.
Get confirmation
You will receive the confirmation email with your login information.
Create Password
After receiving your email, you will be directed to the login page. Create a new password.
Login to the CRM
Login to the CRM and access the dashboard area.
Access to Videos
You will now be able to access introduction videos to learn how to access the complete CRM system.
