Abbotsford Urgent and Primary Care

Provides same-day access to urgent primary care to people living in Abbotsford. Offers patients access to a team of healthcare professionals to provide immediate care, and also ongoing care through referrals to a range of community services and supports. Also provides appointments to patients including the frail elderly, people with mental health and substance use concerns, and patients unattached to a physician.
